Needless to mention that Mr. Andrew Nelson of PLAN Inspections (besides the company offers very competitive rates) new his assignment thoroughly well, quite diligent in his performance, and presented a detailed report that left me with no doubts. It is the 2nd time I engaged them for the inspection of the property that I intend to buy. Feeling bad that they are only on home properties and not Motels.

I found my inspector to be professional and prepared. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. He took his time during the inspection. The actual report was extremely informative and easy to understand. I have never hired an inspector before and was not exactly certain what I was signing up for but I would hire this company again after seeing the professional behavior along with the way the report was presented. 5 stars!!!!
